Founder :
After a fulfilling 45-year long career with CPWD, our founder, Dr. S. Chinnaswamy, M.E (Structural Engineering) retired as Additional Director General in 2008 and immediately embarked on a new mission. Witnessing firsthand the importance of quality in construction, he envisioned a company that would instil this value across all construction projects. Fuelled by this passion, in the same year 2008, he founded Gooly Consultancy Services (currently transitioned to Gooly Consultancy Pvt Ltd), initially focusing on meticulous testing of construction materials. Over time, his dedication to excellence led to the expansion of our services, encompassing project management, third-party inspections, structural stability reports, and a comprehensive suite of civil engineering consultancy solutions.
Lifetime Accomplishments:
- His Excellency Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, the then President of India has presented him a Trophy for his outstanding services for completion of C.G.O Complex at Bangalore.
- Recipient of Prestigious “Shreshta Kannadiga of the year” award by Aa.Naa.Kru Prathistana, Bangalore
- Recipient of “Rajyotsava Award” which is the state’s second-highest civilian award given by the Karnataka government annually.
- Recipient of “Vishweshwaraiah Rashtriya Sadhbhavana Prashasti” Presented by Sir.M. Vishweshwaraiah Engineering Prathishthana Trust.

- Recipient of Governor’s Rolling shield and Chief Minister’s Rolling shield continuously for 5 years for having organised best Blood donation camps.
- Organised World’s largest Blood Donation camp as Chairman of “Bangalore Blood Donation Drive Society” in 2007 in Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bangalore.
- He was the Co – Chariman, Quality Control Task Force of Quality Assurance, Govt of Karnataka
