1. Services Provided

We offer material testing and consultancy services for the construction industry as per national and international standards (IS/BIS/ASTM). The scope of services is detailed in respective agreements, quotations, or work orders.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed terms in the invoice.
We accept payments through Zoho Payments and other approved payment methods.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies shall be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a service request is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible if testing has commenced.
Refunds will be processed only in cases where services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to verification.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

While we follow standard testing procedures, our reports and recommendations are based on observed data and are not a guarantee of material performance.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our reports.

5. Confidentiality

All client data and test results are confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law or accreditation bodies.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
